This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current construction and technical condition of selected field and forest roads and the measures proposal for their maintenance or repairs. The selected roads are located in six cadastral areas (Benátky, Čistěves, Hněvčeves, Máslojedy, Sovětice and Želkovice) in the Hradec Králové Region. For each road were recorded all deficiencies or damage and based on the information found were proposed ways of maintenance of the current state or its improvement. For this purpose, was developed a problematic of purpose-built communications and the property relations of the parcels forming the land of individual roads.

The thesis discusses the rural roads and their structural and technical condition. In this thesis, I focused on a specific field road near the village Tasov in the Region Vysočina. In the first part of the thesis is theoretically described retrievals distribution infrastructure and regulatory requirements for vehicles that can move on me. The second part of the thesis is focused on the design field roads that are being built in the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with concrete to field roads, which were built in the village Tasov, to which adjoins a section dealing with the difference between the then norms and standards that apply today. In another part of the thesis deals with disagreements specific field roads to the norm and the project, which was used for their preparation. In the last part of the thesis is procesed trough discussion analyzing the results that were found on rural roads in the village Tasov.

The bachelor thesis „Evaluation of the field roads state in land consolidation“ is focused on comparison between the project documentation and current state of ten selected field roads in district of Ústí nad Orlicí. Field roads were selected according to the different age and different surface of the road. First of all, general land consolidation, project of common facilities and field roads are described in terms of literature research. Chapter „Material and methods“ contains basic information about individual cadastral areas and project documentation of selected field roads. Important part of the thesis is chapter „Results and discussion“, where you can find actual evaluation of the field roads current state in comparison with the original project. Following field road parameters/path factors were evaluated and compared: routing, road length, road width, culverts width, crossings width and length, downhill runs width and length, road surface condition, supplementary vegetation state, side ditch condition and road maintenance.

Bachelor thesis Drainage of private roads deals with a matter of underdrainage of forest and field roads in cadastral areas of Čerčany, Přestavlky u Čerčan. Soběhrdy, Kozmice, Vranov u Čerčan, Vranovská Lhota and Petroupim. Trhouought a theoretical part is described apportionment of private roads. Furthermore theirs drainage, causes of drainage, objects of drainage. Throuought a practical part were used methods of observation and measurment. In specific road sections are described objects of underdrainage and their damage. In specific road sections, where malfunctions were detected, are designed step-by-step directions for their fixing and removing. Therefore, the proper serviceability of the forest road network in the specific area for next years will be provided.
A systém of field and forest roads in the administrativ area Suchovršice

This thesis deals with the network of field and forest in the cadastre unit of Suchovršice and suggest to supplement the network of unpaved roads. In the theoretical part is summarized the history of the field and forest roads. Then there is a division of field and forest roads according to the relevant standards ČSN. Another section is devoted to maintenance events, repairs and reconstructions of field and forest roads. There are outlined the possibility of financing the construction of new roads. Follow a description of the most important objects on the field and forest paths. In the practical part is defined area of interest including the broader territorial relations. Then there are described the current field and forest roads in the area of interest, which were plotted to the map of road networks. This map is the result of performed detailed field research. On the basis of digitized map stable cadastre is described the road network in 1840. Due to the fact could be compared to road networks in two different time stages. The existing system of field and forest roads is evaluated. For ratings are calculated densities of both types of roads in the area of interest. The calculated density of the field and forest roads are assessed with an average density of roads in the Czech Republic. The density of field and forest roads in the selected area is higher than the national average. This can be explained by the type of relief which corresponds hilly land type. Overall, the number and length of roads is sufficient. However, density of forest haul routes is insufficinet. Problematic is also the technical condition of rural roads in the selected area. Based on the analysis of historical and current road network is designed to complement the rural roads within the land adjustment. Land adjustment just underway, and draft routes can be used to compile Plan of common facilities.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with common measures which was put into practice in comprehensive land consolidation in Písek District. Main target of this thesis is created new records in Catalogue of common measures of land consolidation based on materials from Regional Land Office for South Bohemian Region, Písek branch office. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on land consolidation´s issues, the procedure and goals. Information about common measures is included. Next section is dedicated to results of processed data and their evaluation in different terms.

This diploma work deals with Common arrangement organization of land adjustment in cadastral area of Cheb District. The theoretical part is focused on common arrangement organization of land adjustment. At the start, the term land adjustment is introduced to the reader. The formation and history of land adjustment on Czech Republic territory is described. Furtheron, the subject, district and their form are characterized. Common arrangement organizations of land adjustment, their financing and maintenance are introduced to the reader. The common arrangement organizations that are devided into cathegories of arrangement organizations for making the land available, anti-corrosive arrangements for agricultural land fund, water management and arrangements for enviromental protection formation are introduced. The practical part of this work deals with documenting and recording the results into the Catalogue of common arrangement organizations of land adjustment. The Common arrangement organizations of land adjustment are being assessed from several points of view. Evaluation of a questionary is a part of the results.

Abstract Field and forest roads are an important part of the road network in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes two most of common field and forest roads and focuses on their relationship. It also deals with major problems connected with local roads, it also includes the division and categorization of these roads. The thesis also highlights the importance of the roads for an owner and the general Czech public. Marginally the work focuses on building new and maintaining existing roads and their impact on the environment. It shows the importance of roads for the owner as his property. It also shows field and forest roads in two cadastral areas and their records. The practical part compares the records of the local roads in the area of a small village and in the part of an area of the capital Prague.
Catalog of Common Measures, Additions, Updates in Selected Cadastral Units in District Benešov and District Kladno

Comprehensive land adaptation work through common mechanisms which are realized at the given areas we can understand as the most viable instrumentation for change of the countryside. Comprehensive land adaptation work should have as a result to improve the state of the landscape in different factors. Making land accessible for easier farming is the most common aspect for use nowadays. Other instruments of Comprehensive land adaptation work are used for anti erosion, watermanagement and enviromentally stabilizing purposes. The Catalogue of common mechanisms should unite all information about common mechanisms which are already specified. In addition map their position and characteristic layout within the particular regions. The principal aim of this work is getting information about specified common mechanisms in the district of Benešov, which was still not entered in the Catalogue and updating for the district of Kladno, which was only entered into the database to a limited extent. The general part of the work is devoted to the problem of landed adaptations and the type of common mechanisms. The practical part interprets informations gained from branches of Regional Land Cadastral Office and evaluates arrangements of common mechanism to a particular category. A questionaire sent to organisations which cultivate neighbouring lands with given common mechanisms in monitored areas belongs to the practical part. The questionaire also evaluates their approach and attitude to comprehensive land adaptation work.

This diploma work deals with the evaluation of road net within the complex of estate layout and focuses on cart tracks. In the first part there is an overview of literature, next it describes estate layout and finally it focuses on road net. The cadastral area Dlouhá Stropnice in Southbohemian region has been chosen for this work. The detailed description of this area has been elaborated. The main point was the analysis of road net.
